An In-Depth Look At Striking There are many discussions about "proper form" when striking and "proper use" of a specific striking technique. I personally believe that all of it is just a waste and is just plain it's just a bunch of bullshit. Personally, I'm more worried about the strike's effectiveness (I.e. that it is able to strike the goal) as opposed to anything else. It has prompted me to study the manner that each strike is performed. It's because of this that I have been accused of "over-thinking" the techniques and the act of striking. So wasting your time worrying about performing the strike with "proper form" with the thought of using this method "properly" to establish effectiveness isn't it over-thinking? When you're performing the technique... really think about that for a moment. Yet I am the one that is thinking too much because I scrutinize and dissect each technique (during meditation training) to ensure that I am able to improve their execution. By doing this, I can come up with ways of tweaking each technique in an approach that makes the Vietnam outsourcing most of its strengths and eliminates weaknesses. Therefore, increasing the effectiveness of its application and execution while increasing my quickness overall. The technique is performed by reducing the duration of each expressed technique. After that, the next phase of training will be actual application of those recently tweaked techniques on a bag. You will be able to feel the difference between whether they are effective or not (if you're someone who is so tuned). There are a variety of methods to do this, including striking while the enemy is distracted striking while they are coming in to you and working to become more deceptive with your strikes. When you combine all of these you will appear to be quicker than lightening. This is the oldest secret to the legendary speed at which lightens the speed of the skilled masters of kung-fu from the past. How To Cheat Your Strikes The most significant issue in striking is the fact that there are multiple issues going on at time. For many , this can be a significant obstacle. Some people may have the arm parts right however they are not utilizing the legs properly. The very first thing you need to do is master the art of strike in the appropriate Traditional method. Thus, in actuality, the circular strikes (e.g. the for example, hook punches, hammer fist, hook kick, knife hand, round kick (e.g., crescent kick or axe kick) can be the result of a combination of circular but still straight line strikes. Some may start out circular but end in straight lines, and others could begin more of a straight and become circular.
